The event will be based in the centre of Methlick village. There is ample car parking available, with registration in the Beaton Hall, where toilet and changing facilities are available. Showers are provided post-race in the sports field pavilion.

Registration is from 09.15 to 10.00, with the start at 10.15. After the race, stovies will be available at the Ythanview Hotel, where the prize-giving will take place at approx. 12.15.

The first run (5k) is an out and back course on the forest road to Gight Castle (may be muddy/ puddles). MAP A. 

The bike course (18k) is a circular route around the Haddo estate on country roads. MAP B. 

The final run (3k) is also on a country road. MAP C.
